How to measure
- Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
- Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in mm.
- Match it to the circumference column.
Between two sizes? Choose the larger one. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly bigger.

How to measure
- Bring your thumb and little finger together as if wearing a bangle.
- Measure the widest part of your hand across the knuckles.
- Match that width to the inner diameter.
Cuffs are open at the back and can be gently adjusted to fit.
